Therapy
I offer compassionate, developmentally informed therapy for children, adolescents, and adults.
My goal is to create a warm, welcoming space where people of all ages feel safe to explore their emotions, build resilience, and discover practical tools for navigating life’s challenges.
No matter your age or stage of life, I believe in working together in a supportive, collaborative way that honors your unique experiences. I am deeply committed to helping you grow, deepen your self‐understanding, and develop meaningful, lasting skills that support a healthier, more fulfilling life.
Divorce Mediation
I offer divorce mediation services that provide a calm, structured, and respectful process for couples who want to separate amicably. I help you work through essential decisions—such as parenting plans, communication agreements, and financial arrangements—while keeping the focus on fairness, collaboration, and the well‐being of everyone involved.
Mediation allows you to create personalized solutions that reduce conflict, save time and expense, and support a smoother, more peaceful transition into the next chapter of your lives.
Clinical Supervision
I am an Approved Clinical Supervisor for licensed associate counselors working toward full licensure and for fully licensed therapists seeking experienced guidance. With many years of experience across outpatient treatment, school counseling, and private practice, I bring a broad and practical perspective to supporting clinicians who work with adolescents, adults, and families.
I genuinely enjoy helping therapists strengthen their skills and grow with confidence. My supervision style is collaborative, reflective, and grounded in thoughtful case conceptualization, ethical decision‐making, and clinical clarity. Together, we create a supportive space to explore challenges, refine techniques, and cultivate a grounded, purposeful approach to client care.
Workshops & presentations
I offer engaging, practical workshops and professional presentations designed to help therapists, educators, and allied professionals expand their clinical knowledge and skills. As an Approved Continuing Education Provider (ACEP #7648), I deliver high‐quality training that meets continuing education requirements while fostering meaningful learning and real‐world application.
I tailor workshops for organizations or present them in community and professional settings, always focusing on interactive learning, current best practices, and tools you can put to use immediately.
How Do I Know if Therapy is Right for Me?
Therapy can be helpful for anyone who wants support, clarity, or growth, there doesn’t need to be a crisis or a “big problem” to benefit from it. You might find therapy is right for you if:
● You’re feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or stuck, and you’re not sure how to move forward.
● Your emotions feel heavier or more confusing than usual.
● Your relationships, work, or daily life feel harder than they used to.
● You’re going through a transition—a loss, a breakup, a career change, or a family shift.
● You want healthier coping skills, better communication, or more confidence.
● You’re ready to understand yourself more deeply and make meaningful changes.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before coming to therapy. Many people start simply because they want a safe, supportive place to talk, reflect, and grow.
If you’re curious about whether therapy could help, that curiosity itself is often a sign you’re ready.
I’m here to answer questions, talk through what you’re looking for, and help you decide if this is the right next step for you.
